Can I get a digital version of a poster?
No. I do not sell or give out PDFs or any other electronic versions of my full-sized posters. No exceptions.
I received a wrong (or damaged) item.
Please let us know by using the form at the bottom of this page and we will send another parcel. There is no need to send anything back.
It's been a really long time. Is my parcel lost?
If it's been longer than 30 days (US/Canada) or 60 days (International), please use the form at the bottom of this page and we will send another parcel.
I have a chart idea or request.
Use the form at the bottom of the page and we will take note of it. However, due to the amount of emails we receive, we cannot respond to each one.
What size are the posters and how can I frame them?
Unless otherwise noted, the posters are 24 x 36 inches (61 x 91 cm). These dimensions are a standard US poster size and are therefore easy to frame using pre-made frames sold in stores.
Are the posters laminated?
No. However, they are printed on a sturdy cardstock, about the same thickness as a standard business card
I cannot find the poster I'm looking for.
Are your charts available in other languages?
Sorry. The charts are available in English only.
Can you make a custom chart for me?
Sorry. We do not provide that service.
How are the posters packed?
Posters are rolled individually in plastic sleeves and then placed into a sturdy tube or box. The weight is approximately 6 oz. (170g) per chart.
How much is shipping and what countries do you ship to?

Will I get charged customs fees?
Not if you live in the US or Canada. Some international customers may be charged duty, particularly in the UK. If you are worried about this, you can usually find my charts on Amazon.co.uk (use authorized reseller "Mango Chutney").

How long does shipping take?
The estimated delivery time is 2-3 weeks for USA/Canada and 4-6 weeks for all other countries.
Can I get my shipment faster?

I don't have a credit card. Do you accept PayPal?
Sorry, I do not accept PayPal. However you can try using one of the other stores listed below.

Do you accept Purchase Orders from U.S. schools?
Yes, but please note that I cannot provide a W-9 form (as I am based in Canada)
Do you offer special discounts?
Yes! Discounts are based on quantity only. All customers automatically get 20-40% off when they buy more than one chart. Higher discounts are available for schools, resellers, homeschool groups, or anyone else who wants to take advantage of wholesale pricing. Wholesale pricing starts at $10 per chart and will automatically be applied on orders of 12+ charts.
Who designs the charts?
All posters, unless otherwise noted, were designed by Matt Baker. You can read more about him on the About page.
What program is used?
Adobe Illustrator or LibreOffice Draw. Each element is drawn manually - i.e. the program doesn't automatically generate the charts based on data inputted.
What new charts might we see soon?
I'm currently working on a re-design of my Timeline of World History chart. It's due to be finished by May 2020.
Can you help me with my family tree (or another topic)?
No, we do not provide that service.
