Product Questions:

Unless otherwise noted, the posters are 24 x 36 inches (61 x 91 cm). These dimensions are a standard US poster size and are therefore easy to frame.

No. However, they are printed on a sturdy cardstock, about the same thickness as a standard business card

I currently sell 15 posters. They are all shown on the home page. If you don't see it listed there, I do not sell it.

Shipping Questions:

Posters are rolled individually in plastic sleeves and then placed into a sturdy tube or box. The weight is approximately 6 oz. (170g) per chart.

I ship to every country in the world. The price is the same for all locations: FREE!

Not if you live in the US or Canada. I have heard reports of European customers having to pay customs fees, particularly in the UK. If you are worried about this, you can usually find my charts on Amazon.co.uk (use authorized reseller "Mango Chutney").

The estimated delivery time is 2-3 weeks for USA/Canada and 4-6 weeks for all other countries.

Yes! Discounts are based on quantity only. All customers automatically get 20-40% off when they buy more than one chart. Even higher discounts are available for schools, resellers, homeschool groups, or anyone else who wants to take advantage of wholesale pricing. Wholesale pricing starts at $10 per chart and will automatically be applied on orders of 12+ charts.

Design Questions:

I use an open-source Linux program called LibreOffice Draw. Each element is drawn manually - i.e. the program doesn't automatically generate the charts based on data inputted.

I'm currently working on a Eastern Europe & Scandinavia version of my European Royal Family Tree chart. It should be available Fall 2019.

1. Every poster sold on this website is copyrighted and should therefore not be duplicated and/or redistributed via any means, physical or electronic, without direct permission.

2. When it comes to the individual images used within the posters, every effort has been made to only use images that are either in the public domain or that are available via a Creative Commons license. In the latter case, attributions are provided when required. If I have unknowingly used your image without permission or proper attribution, please let me know asap.

3. Some charts in the blog section of this website do sometimes contain individual images that are copyrighted by others (e.g. - pictures of actors from TV shows). These individual images are used under the doctrine of the fair use and because of the copyright associated with them, I am unable to sell printed versions of those charts. No exceptions.
