Tracking Help
Your order will ship approximately 1-2 business days after you place it. Unfortunately, we do not offer express shipping. Once it ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
To track your shipment, click on the big red "Track my Order" button in the confirmation email and then on the next page, click on the number directly below "Chit Chats tracking number". If you can't find the email, check your spam folder.
IMPORTANT: We are unable to get any extra information on your parcel's location beyond what is available on the tracking page.
Please do not contact us unless it has been longer than 30 days (US/Canada) or 60 days (International) even if the tracking shows very little movement and/or the estimated delivery date on the tracking page has passed.
If it has been longer than 30 days (US/Canada) or 60 days, click here to request a refund or resend.
